Good news, my mother is recovering well from her breakdown. My parents considered employing extra staff members to allow her to rest, but the existing staff have been wonderful, willingly picking up the slack without complaint. I recieved an owl from home today. My mother had an emotional breakdown after having to deal with some rude and influential guests to the hotel.
